Moderated Chat has 3 access levels:
Moderator - Screens messages from the audience and approves only messages they want posted to all
Audience - Can submit private messages for approval by the Moderator and can only view messages approved by the Moderator.
Guest Speaker - Can post messages without needing approval but can only view messages from the audience that the Moderator has approved.
